Thanksgiving Luncheon
Mark your calendar for Friday, 
Nov. 20th. Our annual Thanksgiving luncheon is a great opportunity to come and have lunch with your child and meet some of the other parents. We provide the turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy; parents can sign up to bring sides, salads, rolls and dessert. Look for sign up sheets on your child’s classroom door.

Halloween Carnival
The annual Halloween Carnival was a huge success. It is always so much fun to see the children in their costumes. Thank to all for the donations of candy, food and other goodies.
 
School-Age Notes
The Richardson ISD is closed on the following days:
Nov. 9th, 25th, 26th & 27th
Dec. 21st - Jan. 1st
The Village School provides special events and field trips for the school age children on these days. Please remember to add $15 per day to your tuition check to cover the extra hours and cost of the field trip.
We still have a few seats on our busses if you know anyone who needs before and after school care.

Holiday Closings
The Village School will be closed
Nov. 26 and 27 for Thanksgiving. We will close early at 3:00PM on Dec. 24, be closed Dec. 25 for Christmas and Friday Jan. 1st for New Years Day.
New Years Eve we close at 6:30PM as usual.

Fundraiser
Our fall fundraiser brought in a little over $1000. Samantha was the top seller. This year the money will go towards purchasing new child passenger safety systems for our busses. Each harness costs a little over $100 and we have 38 seats on our busses.

GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics with Mr. Robert meets the first 4 Tuesdays of each month in the Big Room from 9 - 10. This class is especially suited to the physical development of 3 and 4 year olds. If you are interested, your child can attend a free sessions to see if he/she likes it. Please see Heather or Helle to sign up. No special clothing or equipment is needed.
The cost is $40/month
